I am the person who goes on Reddit and researches the heck out of a bigger purchase before pulling the trigger. Some people warned of communication issues and delayed deliveries, but everything was fast and I can't think of any issues. This is one of very few couches that fit into my kids room, not just width but length (similar styles I found were longer). I decided on Cushie because if the inner springs - we know we'd end up sleeping on the floor in the kids room often - and it didn't disappoint. Much more comfortable than other memory foam mattresses. I'd buy this again. Oh and I was bothered by the messy front in some of the reviewers pictures - but if you pull the flap tight and attach to the Velcro underneath, it looks flawless.
