If your items haven't arrived yet, we understand how frustrating that can be, and we’re here to help.
1. Check Your Estimated Delivery Date
Start by reviewing the projected delivery date from your order confirmation. In many cases, FedEx may split an order into multiple boxes, which can arrive on different days.
2. Review Your Tracking Link
If the tracking link shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received all of your items, please let us know right away. Sometimes receiving one box triggers a status update that marks the entire shipment as delivered, even if other boxes are still en route.
3. Partial Deliveries
If you’ve received some of your items but not all (e.g., only 3 out of 7 boxes), please wait a day or two to see if the remaining boxes arrive. It’s common for FedEx to stagger deliveries.
4. Contact Our Support Team
If your estimated delivery date has passed or you have any questions about the status of individual boxes, reach out to us at hello@cushiehome.com with your order number. We’ll verify each shipment using the parent tracking number and provide you with detailed updates for every box.
