What does our Warranty cover?

Our 5-year warranty ensures the replacement or repair of any furniture item found to have manufacturing or material defects unrelated to regular wear and tear. This coverage applies when the product is used as intended, following our recommended care instructions. Please note that the Cushie Warranty is specific to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. Additionally, it remains valid only while you are residing in United States. The warranty period commences upon the receipt of your product.

What isn't covered by our Warranty?

Unfortunately, Cushie's Warranty Policy does not cover the following:

  • When products intended for indoor use are stored or utilized in an outdoor setting
  • Usual wear and tear, which encompasses minor issues such as slight pilling, gradual softening, fading, and discoloration
  • Damage incurred due to the use of a third-party product, including but not limited to bed mattresses from a different retailer
  • Inherent attributes of the product or material, such as the shedding of certain natural fibers
  • Damage resulting from improper use, cleaning, maintenance, handling, storage, or actions attributable to your behavior or oversights.
  • External environmental factors beyond Cushie's control, such as excessive moisture, heat, and cold, that result in damage or hinder the product's functionality, including but not limited to issues like mold growth
  • Product used in commercial settings
  • Products sold as seconds, returns, or under similar conditions, or where the customer has been informed about the defect to at the time of purchase;
  • Any consequential or incidental damage

How do I make a claim for warranty?

Please don't hesitate to reach out to us by sending us an email at hello@cushiehome.com, and we'll assist you in resolving any issues. To facilitate the process, we'll need the following information from you:

  • A description of the fault.
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Clear photographs showing the fault.
  • Clear photographs of the product or its ID label.

At Cushie, we are committed to promptly evaluating your claim. If we determine that your claim is valid, we will take the appropriate action, which may involve repairing or replacing your product. In cases where the original item is no longer available, we may opt to provide a similar alternative.
