We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our sofa bed. When you purchase our Cushie Sleeper Sofa, you'll have a 60-day trial period to experience its comfort in the convenience of your home.

If, within 60 days, you find yourself unconvinced, we’ll refund your full purchase, including delivery fees with no hidden fees or charges.

To allow your body adequate time to adjust, we require that you use the Cushie Sleeper Sofa for a minimum of 30 days. Please note that to be eligible for a return, you must have been using our Cushie Sleeper Sofa for a minimum of 30 days.

We will return the goods, clean it, and then donate to the charity or recycle the product for sustainability practice.

Reasonable wear and tear is acceptable, returned goods should be without significant damage so that we can donate it to those in need.

We understand that returning a product should be straightforward. That's why we've made our return process as transparent as possible. Just contact our customer support team through our chat or our email (hello@cushiehome.com) within 60 days of your purchase, and we'll guide you through the return and refund process.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase. For instance, if your original payment was made with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card.

Your refund will be initiated within 7 business days upon receipt of the returned product. The refund period encompasses the time needed for Cushie to complete the refund process. However, it does not account for any potential delays caused by banks/card issuers or shipping time in the case of cheque refunds.
