Returns within 60 days are subject to a 20% processing fee plus the applicable return shipping fee, deducted from your refund. Terms and conditions apply.

Our goal is to ensure that every returned Cushie Sleeper Sofa is repurposed responsibly. Whenever possible, we professionally clean and donate returned items to charities that support families in need. However, in some locations, donation options may be limited, and unfortunately, certain returns must be responsibly recycled or disposed of.

Reasonable wear and tear is acceptable, returned goods should be without significant damage so that we can donate it to those in need.

Refunds are processed through Shopify and will be returned to the same payment method used for the original purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be issued to that card. If you used a third-party payment provider (such as Shop Pay or PayPal), the refund will be processed back through that platform.

Your financial institution or payment provider will handle the final transfer of funds based on their standard processing times.

Once we receive your returned product, your refund will be initiated within 7 business days. This timeframe accounts for Cushie’s internal processing, but the final transfer of funds depends on your bank or payment provider.

Most refunds are completed within 7 to 10 business days, though processing times may vary based on your financial institution. If you paid via check, additional time may be required for mailing and bank clearance.
