We've had our couch for a couple of weeks now and are very happy with it. It felt like a gamble ordering without seeing it in person, but we needed a sleeper sofa for our guest house that was actually comfortable. After trying a few in stores, we knew only what we didn't want. Delivery was super easy. We unexpectedly had to go out of town during the delivery window, and customer care was really responsive and accommodating. They made sure to split the delivery so that it didn't come while we were gone. It took about an hour to put together, and I find it really comfortable. We use a different memory foam topper that's three inches, and we've gotten compliments both times someone has stayed on it so far. Super happy we took a chance on this couch.

A must have in ur apartment! This product is highly underrated for the effort and dedication towards the design & thought process. Honestly , I was pretty skeptical about this concept since I’m so accustomed to the regular sofas. Upon understanding the product and using it for about 6 weeks now , I appreciate a few factors like the convenience for hosting guests , how it can turn into a bed with ease & the comfort of sleeping I acquired .
