Commit to the 30-Day Challenge – Scientific research shows that it can take upwards of 90 days for your body to fully adjust to a new mattress. That’s why we require a 30-day adjustment period before starting a return. Most customers find that once they give Cushie a real chance, they end up loving it!

Still not the right fit? – If you’re not completely satisfied after 30 days, contact our customer support team to start a return, and we’ll arrange pickup—no rehandling or reverse logistics fees required. If you choose to return before the 30-day adjustment period, a rehandling and reverse logistics fee will apply.
